After a short, personal consultation of your chief complaint and goals for your session, if it is your choice, you will receive an Integrated Approach Massage treatment, which includes two or more techniques or modalities to help restore movement, flexibility and balance to the Body and Mind.

Likewise, other modalities have their special place at Me, where you could find yourself under a Reflexology spell, an invigorating Abhyanga or kissed by a cupping cup!
